Chinese Astrology

Chinese Astrology is an ancient system of understanding personality, destiny, and life cycles, rooted in thousands of years of observation and Taoist philosophy. Unlike Western astrology, which focuses on sun signs and planets, Chinese Astrology is based on your birth year, month, day, and hour, using a complex system called the Four Pillars of Destiny. Each pillar is associated with an animal sign (like Dragon, Tiger, or Rabbit) and one of the Five Elements (Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, Water), which describe your internal energy makeup and how you interact with the world around you.

To a Western audience, think of it like a blueprint of your energetic DNA. It reveals not just your personality traits but also your strengths, challenges, relationship patterns, career tendencies, and how you move through life cycles. Rather than predicting fixed outcomes, Chinese Astrology is used to understand timing, balance, and alignment—helping you make better decisions, navigate challenges more smoothly, and live in greater harmony with your nature and the world around you.

Yi Jing (I-Ching) The Book of Changes

Yi Jing (I Ching): The Yi Jing, often known as the "Book of Changes," is an ancient Chinese divination text and philosophical guide. It offers insights into the dynamic interplay of Yin and Yang energies and the cyclical nature of existence. Through its hexagrams, it provides guidance on navigating life's transitions and embracing change with wisdom.

Incorporating a Yi Jing casting after a session can be a wonderfully synergistic experience that adds a deeper layer of introspection and guidance to your holistic wellness journey. The act of casting the hexagrams can mirror the release of physical tension and stagnant energy that the session promotes. Just as the movement aligns your body's energies, the Yi Jing can offer insights into your mental and emotional state, helping you to interpret any underlying messages or themes that may be relevant to your current life situation. This holistic approach can foster a greater connection between your physical sensations, emotional well-being, and the guidance offered by the Yi Jing.
